Report all lost or stolen items, vandalism, etc to management for prompt reporting to local police barracks. Shady Rest Campgrounds LLC is NOT responsible for insurance for your camper and/or personal property. This is your responsibility. This is NOT a service offered by Shady Rest Campgrounds LLC, its owners, management, or other personnel. Shady Rest Campgrounds LLC is not liable for incidents due to self infliction. Shady Rest Campgrounds LLC is not responsbile for inclement weather or early departure, nor will any refunds be given for either of the preceeding issues. Shady Rest Campgrounds LLC is not responsible for your pet or your pets actions. You are. All pets on premises MUST have all shots and records of those shots must be given at check in. You are responsible for clean up after your pet, NOT Shady Rest Campgrounds, LLC. Shady Rest Campgrounds does not allow or tolerate ATV's; firearms including but not limited to sling shots, paintball guns, handguns, etc; horses; alcoholic beverages - except on your personal site; vandalism; discrimination of any kind; harrassment; public drunkeness; illegal activities of any kind or matter. Anyone found being involved in any of the above WILL be asked to leave immediately - without refund - and/or the local police authority will be contacted for prosecution. Photographs may be taken by Shady Rest Campgrounds LLC, its owners, management or other personnel. Pictures are the property of Shady Rest Campgrounds LLC. No compensation will be given for pictures taken. Pictures may be used in advertising, website, print media or throughout the campgrounds as Shady Rest Campgrounds LLC sees fit. Shady Rest Campgrounds is a secure environment. All activities are monitered, surveyed and recorded using both video and audio recording equipment. All recordings will be used to aid in the apprehension and prosecution of crimes committed against Shady Rest Campgrounds LLC, its property, personnel and/or its guests. Shady Rest Campgrounds LLC pricing is based on a daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal rate. Weekly rates are for a week, any additional time over one week but less than two weeks are charged on a daily basis. Monthly rates are charged for sites used on a daily basis for a minimum of a one month period. Any time less than one month is charged on a weekly and daily rate. Seasonal rates are charged for sites used on a weekend type basis. If a site will be used on a daily basis for the season a monthly rate will be charged. If invoices are not paid in full a $50 monthly charge will be added to the invoice, for payment plans. A minimum charge of $50 will be added for payment plans. All rates include two adults only. Extra charges apply for additional adults on a site.
